In his role as Chief Legal Officer, Tim manages the firm’s legal department and oversees all legal matters for the firm. Tim works with all of the firm’s departments on matters both large and small, including mergers and acquisitions, client and vendor arrangements, private fund investments and related matters, intellectual property, and regulatory and general corporate matters, among other things.
