Most recently a Managing Principal and Consultant at Meketa, Neil started his investment consulting career in 1982 at Russell Investments. He later joined PCA in 1991 as its third investment professional and spent 28 years helping Allan Emkin build PCA into one of the top investment consulting companies in the United States. Too numerous to count, Neil’s accomplishments throughout his tenure have distinguished him as one of the industry’s leading public fund consultants.
