Marina leverages her management skills, extensive analytical background, and client service experience to lead Investment Analysts towards building long-lasting, mutually rewarding relationships with institutional investors. A strategic thinker and a thoughtful leader, she collaborates intensively with senior management and investment consultants to recruit, coach, and mentor her team in producing high-quality advice and written materials for clients, in addition to leading or contributing to the processes and procedures development and implementation initiatives.
