The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), provides California residents with certain rights regarding their PI. If you are a California resident, this section details those rights, how you may exercise them, and how Meketa will respond.
California residents have the right to request, free of charge, disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of PI we have collected about them, the sources from which it was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it. We require a verifiable request to confirm the identity of the requesting individual before responding.
A request for disclosure may cover PI collected for the twelve months preceding your request. We are not required to respond to more than two such requests in any twelve-month period. If we have maintained PI for longer than twelve months, a request for access may include information collected prior to that period, going back as far as January 1, 2022.

California residents have the right to request that we correct inaccurate PI that we maintain about them. Following verification of your request and confirmation that the information is inaccurate, we will correct the PI in accordance with your request to the extent required by applicable law.
California residents have the right to request that we delete PI we have collected from them. Following verification of your request, we will delete PI in our possession collected from you and will direct any service providers or other parties with whom we shared your PI to delete it as well, to the extent technically feasible and unless otherwise restricted by law.
Please note that we are not required to delete PI where it is necessary for Meketa to retain it in connection with our business purposes, cybersecurity, website maintenance, or solely internal uses as permitted under applicable law.
California residents have the right to request that we limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive personal information (“SPI”) to those purposes strictly necessary to provide the services requested. “Sensitive personal information” includes: government identification numbers; account login credentials; credit and debit card numbers in combination with any required access code; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; contents of mail, email, and text messages; genetic data; uniquely identifying biometric information; healthcare data; and information pertaining to sexual activities and preferences.
